Restoration Journey™

When you have several things going on, start with the bigger picture.

Restoration Journey™ is designed for people who have multiple health concerns, have tried several approaches, or simply do not know where to begin.

Rather than starting with a product or a predetermined protocol, we begin by learning about you.

Start With Discovery

Discovery is your starting point.

Discovery gives us an opportunity to review your goals, relevant history, and broader assessment findings so we can identify the areas that appear most important and determine what makes sense next.

Discovery may include:

  • A review of your primary concerns and goals
  • Relevant health history
  • Individualized assessment
  • QI-5 assessment and review when appropriate
  • Discussion of findings and priorities
  • A clear next-step recommendation

Investment

Discovery — $249

Restoration Journey™ — $199 per month for six months

What Happens Next?

Discovery does not obligate you to enroll in a program.

After Discovery, the appropriate next step may be Restoration Journey™, a Focused Restoration Program, Physical & Functional Care, outside referral, self-management, or no active program at all.

If a broader Restoration process appears appropriate, we will explain why and give you the opportunity to decide whether you want to continue.

The Restoration Journey

A structured six-month pathway

Restoration Journey™ is designed to give enough time to establish a baseline, work through identified priorities, and reassess meaningful change rather than relying on one isolated visit. The program includes periodic comprehensive reassessments and access to brief Focus Scans between major reviews when appropriate.

The Goal

Know where you started. Know what changed. Know what comes next.

The goal of Restoration Journey™ is not endless care. It is a structured process with a beginning, measurable checkpoints, and a completion decision.
